Earlier this year, the July concerts were relocated to Short Street due to anticipated construction in the downtown area. Following changes to the construction schedule, the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center has confirmed that the concerts will now remain on Prouty Plaza. Working with the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, City staff accommodated the change, allowing this year’s concerts to return to Prouty Plaza.
