The coolest bar in Troy may just be Crafted and Cured, which opened inside the First National Bank building in February of 2023. From amazing charcuterie you can’t get anywhere else to custom bourbon cocktails, there is a lot to experience in this establishment making it perfect for date night or a girl’s night out!
The Crafted and Cured experience starts as soon as you walk inside the building. Housed in the First National Bank building, it features tall ceilings, marble floors, and outstanding woodwork and has been beautifully renovated
With 3 levels of seating, there are multiple tables and seating arrangements that can accommodate a variety of party sizes. This venue is filled with historic bank details everywhere including vaults, safe deposit boxes, and historic photos of Troy.
MCL Tip: We prefer to sit upstairs when visiting due to the view which allows you to look over the main floor.
Charcuterie at Crafted and Cured
A meat and cheese plate has been an ideal accompaniment for a drink or aperitif for years, but Crafted and Cured is taking it to the next level with its intricately crafted charcuterie selection.
Slices of cured meat, creamy yet contrasting cheeses, and accouterments fill the slate board until it’s filled edge to edge and delivered to your seat. Each board serves 2-4 people.
The charcuterie bar is located on the first floor, this is where you will order your board. Once your board is done, they will deliver it to your seat and explain each item on the board.
In the mood for dessert or celebrating a special occasion? Then you have to try the dessert charcuterie board. With macarons, salted almonds, and a variety of other dessert options, this makes any night out.
We had this for my birthday celebration and it was perfect for sharing with friends!
The Bar at Crafted and Cured
Crafted and Cured has a large selection of craft beer, cider, and seltzers available. We love to make a flight out of their 5oz pours and try a variety of new drinks. The drinks also change seasonally so there is always something new to try!
The Bourbon Bar at Crafted and Cured
The newest addition to Crafted & Cured is the bourbon bar. This beautiful bar even features a waterfall behind it and the bartenders serve up some amazing cocktails but my absolute favorite has to be the perfect addition to the space, this bar sits in the second story of serves up a variety of delicious cocktails.
